- 10:45–11:00amWelcome · one line from first-timersTwo minutes on what this is and how the morning runs. Then everyone here for the first time says one line — who you are and what you are working on. Regulars skip it.
- 11:00–11:20amThis week's topicOne topic a week and about fifteen minutes on it; anyone who wants to show something does it here too. Not a lecture — interrupt and ask.
- 11:20–11:55amQ&A: two questions, properlyQuestions are voted on in the group beforehand and the top two go up. A few people answer each, and it closes on one line everyone can take away. The ones we do not reach get written up and posted in the group afterwards.
- 11:55am–12:00pmWho do you want to meetA sheet goes round: who you are, who you want to meet, what about. Introductions get made afterwards.
